Maddie had her litter of 5 puppies on May 12th, 2013. All puppies from this litter are sold. We are now accepting deposits for Lucy's litter. We currently have 7 deposits. Expected litter size is 7-8 puppies. Please check back with us for the next available litter OR Sign up for an e-mail alert for when the next litter is born. OR You can put a deposit down today for an unborn puppy. (Go to contact us and e-mail us with your request!) FUTURE BREEDING PLANS: Lucy: Lucy is in heat (5-18-13) and will be bred over the next week. Lucy has not had a litter of puppies yet, as she has not been bred before. If she has a litter of puppies, those puppies would be born in late July, and would be ready to go to their new homes in late September, 2013. We will most likely be using O'Reilly for the stud, but it will depend on whether Lucy will accept him or not. We have been looking into all of our options for natural breeding and artificial insemination. We are making plans for all possible situations to try to guarantee that breeding takes place. We are anticipating a litter of 7-8 puppies, but Lucy hasn't had a litter before so it is a guessing game. Maddie: We have had families asking about when Maddie's next litter, after this one will be. After this litter, she will take a break on her next heat cycle and be bred on the following. We anticipate that will mean puppies will be born in mid July, 2014. Those puppies would be able to go to their new homes around mid September, 2014. We have not yet set a price for puppies from that litter. |

| How we came up with the names: We asked our puppy buyers for some help on this litter. Since the puppies were born on Mother's Day, most of our buyers decided that different chocolates and flowers that you give to mom on Mother's Day would make great names. The flower names for the girls came pretty easy. We had to decide between the fancy chocolates (Lindor, Ghirardelli, Godiva) or the not so fancy chocolates (Hershey, Mars, Nestle) but since you only want to give your mom the very best, we settled on using the names of the fancy chocolates. |
